How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 2-3 business days. Delivery typically takes another few business days depending on your location.
Is it really loud enough to help?
Yes — 130dB is loud enough to startle someone and draw attention from a distance. We recommend testing it once in an open space so you know what to expect before you actually need it.
How long does the battery last?
A full charge gives you up to 70 minutes of continuous alarm or 240 minutes of flashlight use. It charges over USB-C, so there are no batteries to buy or replace.
What if something's wrong with mine?

Is it reusable, or one-time use?
Fully reusable. Use it as many times as you need — just give it a recharge afterward so it's ready for next time.
How do I turn it off once it's going?
Push the pin back into place. Until it's reinserted, the alarm keeps running — so if it's triggered by accident, just pop the pin back in to stop it.
What's included in the box?
The alarm itself, a keyring/clip attachment, and a USB-C charging cable — ready to charge and go.
Is it legal to carry?
Yes. It's a sound-and-light alarm, not a weapon, so it's legal to carry in the vast majority of places — but if you're traveling internationally or somewhere with unusual restrictions, it's worth a quick check of local rules.
